When do you have your best workouts?
What time of day? Morning, Afternoon, Evening?

Afternoon: by then i have shaken off the morning fog and am no longer feeling as strong as a girl scout on crutches. Kudos to those of you who can have good workouts in the A.M. i am simply useless. Also, i prefer afternoon to evening because, as a general rule, I'd like to get two good post workout meals in to ensure maximum recovery and late evening workouts dont always allow that.
I am curious to hear your experiences.

but when i go, its usually at night (not because of my body feeling a certain way) just because of time constraints heh
nothing like destroying your muscles, feeding them with tons of food, then sleeping to let them grow!
cardio is best around noon after I got some food in me as fuel though, lol
But that's after I give thanks that I don't live Africa.
but anyways i ususally get my best workouts at around 11-12am, but i usually end up goin in the evening
I've never set foot in a gym before.
Though my BF works out at 6am everyday before he goes to work. Not sure if it's his best.
