When do you have your best workouts?

What time of day? Morning, Afternoon, Evening?

Myself?

Afternoon: by then i have shaken off the morning fog and am no longer feeling as strong as a girl scout on crutches. Kudos to those of you who can have good workouts in the A.M. i am simply useless. Also, i prefer afternoon to evening because, as a general rule, I'd like to get two good post workout meals in to ensure maximum recovery and late evening workouts dont always allow that.

I am curious to hear your experiences.

    im a afternoon person too. I find that's when my body is awake and able to lift weights and stuff compared to the morning or evening. Also, after working out in the afternoon it leads to a good afternoon snack/meal for the body to recover.

    i feel so lazy now, i havnt worked out in weeks :(

    but when i go, its usually at night (not because of my body feeling a certain way) just because of time constraints heh

    :( I haven't gone to the gym in so long even though I should. I just never seem to have time. I think the only time I work out is during the semester breaks.

    I tend to do my bi-daily 10 km runs in the morning as it is not too hot and I have yet to eat so I can push myself harder and not throw up my breaky.

    Evening
    nothing like destroying your muscles, feeding them with tons of food, then sleeping to let them grow!

    cardio is best around noon after I got some food in me as fuel though, lol

    When I feel tired. Going for a quick jog or doing some pushups wakes me up.

    Early evening since that's when my Cardio Kickbox classes are.

    Usually when I'm lying around, eating Church's Chicken.

    But that's after I give thanks that I don't live Africa.

    kfc is so much better...

    but anyways i ususally get my best workouts at around 11-12am, but i usually end up goin in the evening

    I seem to do better when I workout just before lunchtime... gives you plenty of time to recoup energy afterwards.

    No dude, Church's all the way!

    I've never set foot in a gym before.

    Though my BF works out at 6am everyday before he goes to work. Not sure if it's his best.

    Judge the quality of his workouts by how heavy he grunts
