I got banned from that room
Did you also make fun of natives?

Cuz apparently that's taboo. Making fun of black people or the chinese in that room is okay, though--just not natives.

    That's comedy.

    I think I already said I don't have a mic.

And I'd like to be unbanned. Drunk dirty natives.

    illicit:

Apparently some people were accidentally banned in an experiment last night. If it's possible, could you un-ban them, or provide some sort of solution to this predicament?

I don't think it was an "accident".

I think an IRC channel would be better.

Did anyone make an IRC channel?

I set up a crude TalkSFU chat on the Undernet Server on IRC.

    Server: Undernet
    Channel name: talksfu

If you need to download the mIRC client, it's here:

    http://www.download.com/3001-2150_4-10764664.html

It's pretty straightforward. When you start out, choose your nickname, select the "Undernet" server, I usually just pick "Random US Server", and connect. Once you're connected, a window of "Favorites" should open, just type in "talksfu" into the top bar (minus the quotation marks), and hit enter.

You could also type in "/join #talksfu" into the bottom of the main chat window (minus the quotation marks), that should also connect you. I'll be idling in there. If you have any other questions, let me know, and I'll try to guide you into using it. It's very simple, and it's much faster and versatile than meebo.

The hundreds of thousands of people that use it beg to differ...

I don't see why people think of only haxx0rs use IRC since IRC is just a chat room.

A number of us still do. Look, the point is that the chat room is still alive and kicking. How fun the chat is and how juicy the conversation will get is dependent on your participation, just like a tutoial.
