I would rather they scrap that covering so that the middle part will match the colour of the sides.

We have 3 libraries already, 4 if you count the one in Kamloop.

i meant, another one at sfu burnaby lol. or at least a nice study area kind of like the Irving K. Barber Centre at UBC...but i guess we can't really compare to ubc's facilities can we :(

Yeah, it is not like we have a lost library buried somewhere beneath the Convo Mall.

I am talking about the official libraries of SFU. However, I did borrowed material from SFPIRG's library once. The people there are pretty cool and the materials are quite good.

yeah i agree, borrowed from SFPIRG for a media issues paper and they actually have good resources.

women's centre 'library' on the other hand...needs a little more help.

I actually borrowed a few books on Marine Pollution from SFPIRG, seeing that one of their speciality is environmental concerns.

As for the women's center, I was always under the impression that men are not welcomed there.

Men are not welcome there, if we want to borrow a book we have to email them in advance and then set up an appointment where we have to enter the back door and they shut the door between the libary and the common room.

    They make me feel un-welcomed.

I heard the common room is heaven where virgins pillow fight in their underwear. confirm/deny?

actually the common room has a pit where we throw in our bras and burn them to create a bonfire...then we prance around it chanting feminist slogans.
