....whats the most annoying thing that your co-workers do?

One of mine constantly coughs....like constantly, all i hear is *coughcoughhackcough*. And she doesnt have a cold or anything, shes been doing this since i started this job almost 3 months ago.

Another one tries to make jokes all the time but fails miserably. So i just kinda give a little laugh in the hopes that he will leave me alone.

    working with older women who are EXTREMELY passive aggressive

    i dont know why some people just take out their problems on others

    All the older people I work with have these ridiculous political games that they play. X doesn't like Y who doesn't like Z etc. I don't want any part in it but they're always trying to use me somehow or trying to "win my allegiance".

    if u laugh though ur giving him the wrong impression that he may in fact be funny thus he is persistent! :tongue:

    i really encounter no problems at the workplace (maybe bc majority of the ppl there are guys?)

    only thing that sucks is that they are mostly older (generation gap) and don't socialize well (cant speak english too fluently)

    i get that at my workplace too.. but it's relatively minor since they know i'm just there for the working experience.. other than that.. my workmates are cool people even though most of them are moms and dads or dad-to-be.. =)

    I agree with the age gap thing, no one is even close to my age.

    The older women where i work are very bitchy i find. One is so rude to me for no reason, and i decided last friday that the next time that she gives me one of her stares or says something rude, im just gonna call her on it and ask what ive done to deserve that kind of treatment from her. I dont really care since im going to be leaving my job in about a month or so anyway.

    I work as a grocery clerk with 2 years seniority and holy shit, the seniors (middle-aged) people are the worst kind of people I had the misfortune of dealing with. They are incredibly judgmental and assumes us juniors are all incompetent baboons who goof around. They have no manners, and constantly go on a power-trip when they're wasting their lives away scanning groceries and stocking shelves.

    However, the peers that I've worked with are the best part. Most of us got pushed to the edge and decides to take 3 hours break on a 6 hours shift.

    Also, same situation as baby_e. Annoying older women. I got yelled at by one of the cashiers for not babysitting her kids while she talks to another employee about her bee-hive hair.
