ok, so i downloaded this program and installed it. How can I burn that program onto a disc so I can install it on another computer?

Just put the data from the program files and paste it into the other computer? haha

It'd be best if you still have the installer file, and put that on the CD (or flash drive or whatever means of transferring the program that you might use).
Copying and pasting programs after installing generally does not work out well when they rely on registry entries and other such things to run properly

Of course, depending on the program it might not be a problem at all.

EricJ is right. Most of the time it is better to transfer the installer file by burning it on cd as a "data cd" or by copying it onto a flash drive. Or, use a site like http://www.sendspace.com to email it to yourself
