Councillors

Can appointments only be done in person? Also, I just want to confirm as to whether the councillor area is in MBC. Oh one more thing, have any of you found the councillors to be helpful or kind of pointless. Some answers and input would be nice, thanks!

    I went to the councillors on Dantooine and they were helpful with me in teaching my to construct my lightsaber and to control my force powers but now the academy has been destroyed so all of the councillors are no where to be found. I am sure if you look hard enough you will find them, I think there is one on Nar Shadar.
