seems relevant for a crim degree, and i've heard SA 150 is pretty interesting. haven't taken it myself but that's what i've heard from my friends who have taken it.
try to find courses that look really interesting to you because if you're interested in something, you will probably do much better in it.
There are no easy As fella, you gotta work for that shit, especially if you're in criminology (the grading is a bit adjusted to of course make it harder for you). Sure, you can spend 3-4 hours a week but don't expect to do well. Studying takes as long as it has to and is a matter of quality not quantity.
As for SA 150, isn't that 4 credits? Don't expect a 4-credit class to be an "easy A", the extra credit is there for a reason. However, you will need SA 150 eventually. I suggest taking correspondence classes especially for first-year criminology because the first year is very overwhelming. And remember, interest does not mean easiness. Classes are easy not because they're interesting but because you should know what you excel at and capitalize on it (e.g. if you like essay-type classes, take more of those to make life eaiser for you).
What classes are you taking so far? PM me if you want crim-related advice because I'm basically done my crim degree
anyone have input about these courses and their difficulty relative to say a 4 credit biology/chem/phy class?
cmpt 165, very simple computer stuf, easy programming and simple webpage building
germ 104, i used online translators to find answers on the assignments and i bs'ed the final and got a b? put in minimal effort and got that grade, u try a bit and u should do pretty good
sci 300, this is grade 11/12 science course. nuff said.
EASC 106, GERM104, CMPT165/120, MATH197, PHYS101
Just some off of the top of my head.

This course goes through parts of Math 11 and 12, with a few extensions. It's a very relevant course and is very easy too, since you won't learn much.
I had it with Ginger Grant and we watched about 6 movies (so that's roughly about a movie every second class) such as the Devil wears Prada, the Insider, etc.
The prof was awesome! She was very interested in the material and was very lively for a 9:30 am class. There were tutorials but they were mostly discussion and as long as you had common sense they were a breeze.
The midterm and final were both m/c and as long as you read the text you were a-okay. There was a group presentation and written case study to do but that honestly wasn't too bad.
