Alienware Curve Display @ CES 2008

I am guessing this widescreen display will cost at least $1500. Two 24" monitors is a about 3840x1200 (2 x 1920x1200) which is a lot of screen real estate.

    It's a novelty item. Many tech websites have said that the image quality is shit.

    Holy shit, that's so cool! Even if the image quality isn't as good as an actual monitor might be, it's worth it for the tradeoff. The experience of playing a game or watching a movie on there would be super great

    I don't think this monitor is going to sell well compared to the widescreen OLED flat screens that are coming out. Rear projection is a technology of the past.
