What do they mean, campus may RE-OPEN ?
1230 classes may or nay not be cancelled and we will find out in 17 minutes? Id like to just go back to sleep now, I dont want to get ready to go to school if I dont have to.
Shower, eat, brush teeth, get dressed, flat iron hair, then do hair. This was going to be my dream come true, I thought I was dreaming still when I woke up, this is more like a nightmare now, please I dont want to die going up that hill  !!!

that really sucks, the whole on-call kinda thing
(disclaimer: i only believe in god when school is going to be cancelled)
Apparently there is still light snowfall.
Is the SFU site down? Loading pretty slowly for me.
How we supposed to find out if it doesnt work. WTF.
But then I suppose if classes are closed now, it would close later due to the temperature drop later in the day.. and perhaps more snow.
SFU's Burnaby campus is reopening this afternoon, effective at noon.
HOWEVER, because of continuing traffic and road problems in the Lower Mainland, there will
be NO CLASSES at Burnaby for the rest of the day.
The Vancouver and Surrey campuses are open for classes as usual.
The Burnaby childcare centre is closed for the rest of the day.
As of 11 a.m. roads to and on the Burnaby campus were mostly clear, although with some
slushy spots. Buses are running, but are subject to delays. Anyone planning to go up or down
Burnaby Mountain should drive with caution—and good snow tires.
The forecast is for rain tonight, and for some more flurries on the mountain. To find out if the
Burnaby campus will be fully open in the morning, check this website at 5 a.m.
You can check road conditions any time at the SFU Road Conditions page at
http://www.sfu.ca/security/sfuroadconditions/. Or call the Road Conditions phone line at 604-
444-4929.
Tonight it will rain, but flurries up on the mountain.
