help: how do i study a textbook?
so two weeks before my final exam, my prof tells me that he decides to change the format of the exam and rather being based on his notes, it's now going to be textbook oriented... i spent most of the semester reviewing his notes and did not pay much attention to the textbook.. right now i have 4 days with 9 chapters to read and the chapters turn out to be really detailed with lots of information.. how would you guys study for this?
normally for informative classes like this, i usually take notes as i read and then review my notes during exam time.. however i can't do 9 chapters in 4 days.. what should i do? =( i'm overwhelmed by the amount of information i need to cover..

what class is it?
since you've been in the class and know the notes, you most likely know the main details.
so look at the headings and memorize them.
works for me, lol.
plus the class is probably based on the book, so the notes still hold the info the book does
for example a research class
chapter on ethics. headings will be
Informed consent: then info under
Anonymity: then info under
just know info for each heading.
@kevin: it's a distance ed crim 103 course.. his notes were fill in the blanks plus some discussion questions to which i just read the relevant paragraphs and answered them thinking that i'll just study the notes like he instructed in his intro letter.. guess that wasn't really smart of me.. =(
