last day to drop class

What is the last day to drop classes for a full refund?
Spring classes obviously, lol.

It always takes me forever to find it on the site

    dec.7, then its $50 if your net load decreases.
    after jan.12 its $100

    Seriously? What if I swap a class for a waitlisted one in the first week of classes- I get charged 100 bucks?

    no - only if your net load decreases do you get charged. so if you swap a class, your net load remains the same (and therefore no charge)

    It's so stupid, because I find out if i successfully transfer into Business on January 4th, and I'm deciding to take 2 or 1 bus courses depending if I get into the faculty. (2 if i get in, 1 if i don't, to keep my gpa up).
    So if I'm registered in 2 now, and then drop it after January 4th, then I still hafta pay =_=
