The English prof lineup - help?

edited October 2007 in General
Ok, so I am taking some 200 level courses next semester, and some of the courses are not necessarily outright favorites, so I was wondering if anyone could comment on the profs... please note which class you had with them (if you remember), and why you liked them/didn't:

Clint Burnham
R. Coe
D. Solomon
M. Valiquette

Any help?

Honestly? I've taken a lot of English classes and I have never really preferred one professor over the other. The great thing about English is that there is no wrong or right "view" as long as you have a justification for your statements (ie. when writing an essay). Also, having an interest in the class material is important to do well...but that applies across the board to all university classes. If you really want some opinions, try ratemyprofessor.com it really helped me with the classes I chose this semester.

No, I mostly agree, but I am sometimes undecided between two classes, and knowing a little about the prof helps - anyways, thanks for the link.
