Something else I wonder about part time jobs

edited October 2007 in General
In your opinion, what is the best part time job for an undergraduate student at SFU? We obviously have unique characteristics that distinguish us from other schools (ie. being at the top of a mountain, transit, community etc.), so which part time job fits a SFU student schedule best?

I know SFU offers some part-time jobs at the Library--that would be really convenient!

What the hell is so particular about SFU--it's just like any other school. So what if we're on top of a mountain? So what if the building leaks when it rains? So what if there's moss growing on the walls of residence buildings and the AQ? There's nothing at SFU that some other university doesn't have.

You don't need to make the question so intricate: there's nothing about SFU students or SFU that would make for a different answer to your question than just asking about some other group of students at some other university.

So what's a good part-time job for a student you ask? Something flexible, easy, and well-paying? Isn't that what every student wants? Isn't the answer practically self-evident?

Insatiable is right. You need a flexible, easy and well-paying job...

You can do what I do!

I'm a temp. When people of big companies can't go to work, I fill for them =)
You can temp other things too, but I asked for office lady work. aka, receptionist.

Easy, slack, you can bring your homework, and best of all it's $15/hr.
