I HATE stinky people on the bus
Okay recently I've been in a couple of situations where I would first find a seat on the bus, but eventually end up with a smelly guy next to me as more passengers come on. Its really pissing me off
One time I was on the bus, this fat and unclean-looking dude stands in front of me and he smelled like dirty sweat, and since it was so packed, I couldn't do anything about it.
Another time, after a long day, long ride, I was relaxing in my seat until some dirty painter or something finds an open seat next to me. His dirty smell actually forced me to get off my seat and stand elsewhere.
Today some crazy 10 year old kid with wet socks and slippers sat near me and was apparently annoying his friend with "smell my feet" jokes. Everyone at the end section of the bus was holding their nose.
AND ONE TIME I found a seat in my small but packed math class and ended up sitting next to a smoker, which REALLY pissed me off .
I think I need some general guidelines on how to deal with these unhygienic creatures. I could use a couple of lines to drive them off. Any suggestions?

Or just tell them straight up that they smell and you appreciate it if they moved away from you or else you'll make a scene, lol.
if they dont care enough that they stink, they certainly wont care someone is making a scene about it
Still, I have had the misadventure to be next to such people and it isn't always pleasant - in such cases thank goodness for being next to the bus window!
OR
hold your nose
Theres not much you really can do. Just do as one person suggested and try to sit at the back or pick your seat next to a person who doesnt smell.
For example: books and fees
take it with a grain of salt
Furia101, I could care less if im "annoying" you. Go buy a car to avoid smelling people on the bus....if you cant, which most students cant, then shut up and deal with it. How can you control how someone smells? You cant. Its ridiculous of you to even ask "so.... what do i do?" I know very well that most students cant buy a car, hence why i wrote what i did because you were dumb enough to ask what you can do about someone smelling on the bus. There is NOTHING you can do except: a) hold your nose, b) spray nice smelling stuff on them (which i highly doubt you or anyone else would do), c) pick your seat on the bus, d) buy a car or walk to school. Those are your options. Enjoy.
