BUS 207 or ECON 301

edited September 2007 in General
For all of you Business/Economics Majors out there that have taken either BUS 207 or ECON 301, which one do you recommend?

I'm doing a Business major and it's a requirement to take BUS 207, i use ECON 301 as credit for that requirement. what's the difference between the courses? is one more theory-based and is one more quantitative?

any input is appreciated!! ...enrollment causes unnecessary stress for me. i really should've figured this stuff out earlier... :embarassed:

from what i heard bout it...they are more or less teh same. i took 301 instead since im doin an econ minor with my BBA. figured it made sense...i get my upper level credits and I get my econ credits done earlier. the course wasnt too bad..an extension from econ 103 with calculus. Ummm...I guess the only diff woudl be..bus would be under the bus bell curve..whereas econ would not be.

Lots assignments in Bus 207 , but easy to get good mark if you finish all works by yourself~

Obviously you want to take Econ301. Cheaper, more credit, weaker arts students (not that bus are much better).
