    Humanism is a euphamism for atheists. It was made up by people who wanted to be able to ascribe to an actual view, rather than simply the LACK of a view, which is what atheism is. Humanism holds that morals, and all that other good stuff, come from human nature, and social structures. The secular part is redundant - I don't know of any religious humanism.
