Hi!

               My name is Igor.
Here's a bit about me:
-I'll be starting the BSc Computing Science pogram in September
-I live in Richmond
-My two favourite things are mountain biking and photography (especially a mixture of the two  )
-In September I'll be taking MATH 151, MACM 101, CMPT 126 and PHIL 120
-I was born in the Ukraine
-I went to RC Palmer
That's about it.
Also, props to whoever came up with the idea of this forum as it seems like a nice place to get some useful advice and to get to know people.
Cheers!

kinda surprising ur courseload is only 4 courses for cs program
i remember startin engineering back in the day and they had planned out 6 courses a semester
Another photographer! Whoo! We are growing in number around here. What do you photograph?
basically every time my friends and I hit up the local biking spots I whip out the camera
sometimes I will just ride around town and snap shots of flowers or buildings or whatever else looks good.
as far as 4 courses, nowadays its recommended for those just starting out
anybody else here in comp sci?
I could tell you like mountain-biking just by looking at your display pic
I used to ride, but have not done so in a long, long time. Have you ridden up at SFU? Where do you usually ride?
hey r u new to sfu like me??
how do you know already what to take?
or am i the only one who is confused??
Try looking around your program's web site. There might be a list of courses that you have to take.
