Might be old news for most people in here. But she doesnt have to serve her entire sentence because she has a medical condition. She'll be serving her time at home in her mansion LOL

    I'd be seriously concerned if anyone was surprised to see her get out early. Doesn't this seem all to familiar? The rich and famous getting away wid their evil doings? (lol i know it wasn't that bad, but hey , lets see u get out of doing what she did)

    Lucky her eh? She gets to stay at her house, sorry, MANSION, for 40 or so days doing nothing, away from paparatzzi ( k so i can't spell, sue me), doing whatever the heck she wants.
    Do u guys think she'll gain weight by staying at home? :)

    I don't want to sound like I like Paris Hilton or anything but her sentence is ridiculous. She shouldn't have to go to jail for 45 days? for the felony she made.

    Apparently the prison sentence is actually for 20-something days, it would've been house arrest for 40-something. I think.

    She's had many offenses in the past, not including DUI and driving with a suspended license. Judge could've given her 180 days. She should consider herself a lucky bitch for getting only 45. And the whole "psychological trauma" stuff is pure bullshit. She gets to leave early because she cries a lot and doesn't have a pillow to sleep on? No shit, it's jail, not a god damn country club.

    Kudos to Judge Sauer for showing us that celebrities aren't above the law.
