I just read an email sent by the school about a bomb threat today?
What's that all about? what the hell? :confused:

    Copycat threat. I'll bet there were tons this week... Probably someone didn't want to write their exam. :wink:

    haha yeah that's what i figure--someone REALLY doesn't want to take their exam

    what would you need to relieve your stress?

    draw more art? get hammered? beat the prof's over the head?

    Yeah.. I was on campus today from 9-1....
    but I didn't notice anything suspicious.. i didn't even see police or anything lol.. >.>

    i feel fairly confident sfu'ers are more civilized/rational and killings/bombings wont happen here (i hope)

    or hell, made it known to any students on the mountain for that matter

    but how serious a precaution do u expect the campus to take? for all we know these kinda bomb threats can be made by high school kids

    unless they hav a solid evidence or suspected material somewhere, i think what they did is right

    yeah that's true. unless the call was kind of unbelievable, I'd like to imagine it went something like this:

    SFU: "Simon Fraser University."
    Caller: "I...I have a bomb"
    SFU: "Excuse me?"
    Caller: "Yeah, there's a.....bomb"
    *whispering in the background*
    *kekekeke hehe*
    "You guys shhhhhhh"

    SFU: "Who is this?"
    Caller: "uhhhhhhhhhh *someone snickering in the background* GOD?"
    *click* [hangs up phone]

    SFU: "jerkoffs..."
