That feeling when you think you might have a cold

edited February 2007 in General
I blame it on too many late nights I know I'm in the wrong

Anyway atm have a really sore throat, what do you reckon are things one could do to totally rid themselves of this feeling??

thats what happen last week for me, i had that feeling i was sick but then i just put it aside and carried on, then i burnt out and turned into a potato not being about to accomplish anything.

for sore throat id say drink lots of orange juice and drink buckly's, i kno it tastes like shit but it works :) and immune boosters

People have told me that ColdFX really works... I haven't tried it, but I can tell you firsthand that the flu this year is especially nasty and you should do whatever you can to avoid it!

Otherwise... rest, rest, rest and don't stress!

sleep is very important.. i know the midterm wave is still around but really try to get some sleep.. usually before i go to bed i take some vitamins.. and during the day i would have a cup of hot but drinkable water around me.. add a slice of lemon if you like.. just remember to replenish your body with liquids especially if you up late at night..

it taste awful but it works!

but onto the topic, i like type of half meds that u just mix into a lemony drink (suppose to sooth the throat), seem to combat pre-cold fairly well

drinking lots of water helps, and mos def get lots of SLEEP!!

    YESYESYES....

I blame my one week cold on my all-nighters. The past two weeks, I've had about three hours of sleep everyday (exception: weekends).
